On Thursday 28th of July from 7 till 9 PM CET or 1 till 3 PM EDT, I will be hosting the community session "stand in your light, a workshop using art and creativity to explore the unknown" as announced on the Global Forum transforming society and self page. Art and creativity are extremely easy and tremendous powerful tools to communicate with your inner world and give invisible energies like emotions, feelings, hunches, tought etc a face so it actually can start talking back to you. My personal experience is, that it gives grounding and clarity.

 

The deeper background idea of this workshop is how to rise up into something new from the bottom of the abyss or the bottom of the U. Because going down into the abyss (or U) is something that yes takes already great courage. Because creating something new, my experience, also requires a deeper rooting. But once you arrive there, then "how to rise into something new", the old is not working anymore and the new has to be reinvented. And the BIG question is then "how"?? How to find new grounding and clarity of new roads to travel. That is what the exploration of this workshop will be.
