In a 15-minute audio track, you will be guided through a creative self-connecting practice to sense and explore the energies in and around you, in your "body-field," or aura. The aura is the light body that holds the experiences of the past, the possibilities of the future, and the potential of the now, all in one.
What do you need for this aura-sketching practice?

a piece of paper, either one A3 or two A4s put together;

some crayons or markers, several colours, as you like
-
a place or spot where you can sit in silence and won't be disturbed.
Making your aura-sketched
The recording will guide you in six steps through your body-field. If you feel you need a bit more time for a particular part, pause the audio and take your time, before you move on.

of your aura field.
Reflecting on your experience
After you have completed the listening and sketching, take a moment to reflect on the experience. Some questions you could answer:

Were there some particular parts in your aura that stood out to you?

Is there a specific feeling in which you really felt a deep self-connection returning, like a landing in your body?

Were there parts that felt a bit more blurry?
Let it sink in
Now, give it some time to let it sink in. Put it aside for a while. You could go for a short walk in nature if you like to. Once you return, take a quick glance at your sketching and then hang it in a place where you can see it during the day, for example on the fridge and while passing it, it may start talking to you. Also in the days following maybe every now and then take a moment to look at it and see what comes to mind, using the phrases:
I sense......
I feel.....
I notice.......

These kinds of practices often won't give you straightforward answers, it's more in the holistic experience of being, connecting, and experiencing that a slight shift might happen in your energy field, that gives a new understanding or opens up a new perspective or gives a feeling of a deeper grounding,
important reminder:
please keep in mind that everything you sense, see, or experience is absolutely perfect, it's about the experience itself and the information it gives you, these types of explorations are beyond “right” or “wrong”, the most power is in how you experience is in the now
